COVID-19 SAFETY

We love all of our clients at Catalina Dry Bar and want to make sure everyone has an amazing experience. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to implement a few changes to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our staff. We're complying with CDC guidelines and are enforcing the following: 

  • Walk-ins are no longer permitted. Please book your appointment online or by calling the salon at (484) 456 - 2021.

  • Clients please wait in your car to limit the capacity in the salon 

  • Masks are now optional

  • Stations, sinks, supplies, etc. are disinfected between each client to avoid any contamination. 

  • We adhere to social distancing protocol.

  • We are not accepting cash payments at this time.

 

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Hair Wash

All appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. Credit card must be on file to book. Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Catalina Dry Bar and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will consider you a No Show and charge 50% of the service fee to the credit card on file. If you are running late, please let us know and we'd be happy to accommodate you.

 

COLOR SERVICES

Consultations are key in developing trust between the stylist and client. Catalina Dry Bar strives to provide 100% satisfaction. We require consultations as an extra step to assess and review:

  • Hair History

  • Expectations

  • Timing Predictions

  • Estimated Pricing

  • Color & Service Options

  • Strand Test (to see if your hair can handle the desired color)  


Sometimes photos (and Pinterest) can be misleading and our conversation can lead us to a new goal for your hair. ​

Consultations are always free and don't always lead to booking. Ultimately, we offer this complimentary service to ensure we're a right fit for you. 

If you decide to book with us (YAY!), a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required and used towards your color service. 

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. If you reschedule with advance notice, we will hold your deposit for the future appointment.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

We understand that reservations are easy to forget. To make life a little easier, we send out a friendly reminder/confirmation request 24 - 48 hours before your scheduled appointment via text or email. We kindly ask that you please respect our stylists' time and contact the salon if any issues arise that would get in the way of your scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and/or offer the spot to another client if you do not respond to our confirmation request. 

Cancellations: Requests to cancel must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Catalina Dry Bar will charge 50% of the scheduled service fee for cancellations made within less than 24 hours. 

No Shows: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, Catalina Dry Bar will not rebook you and 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file.  

Rescheduling: We're happy to accommodate rescheduling requests as long as you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide enough notice, we will consider your request a cancellation and charge 50% of the scheduled service fee.
